The Mont Ventoux, the Provence giant, overlooks the town from its 1912 metres high. A mythical place for cyclists since 1901 and frequently the scene of achievements during the Tour de France. Carpentras, town of berlingots (boiled sweets) and strawberries, has an ideal climate and environment, highly appreciated by sportsmen.
